As our AGM was postponed in March due to Covid-19, it has now been re-scheduled to September 12, 2020 10am-12pm at the Nanaimo Rugby Club.

It is very important to please RSVP to this event as the Rugby Club has a strict 50 person Max Limit as is the all gatherings in BC. If over 50 people have RSVP’d for the AGM, it will move online.
